Providing an inventory list to Inventory Network via a comma-delimited file is easy. These files will contain one line for each product, a line consisting of the following:

<MANUFACTURER NAME>,<PART NO.>,<SIZE>,<DESCRIPTION>,<QTY.>,<UNIT>,<AGE>

The <BRACKETED FIELD NAMES> above will be filled in with the appropriate values for the products you wish to enter, which do not have to be capitalized or be in brackets. (Download INList.xls for a sample file.)

The following are important things to remember about your product file:

• There can be NO commas in the fields you wish to include. Replace commas with words, or other punctuation (e.g. - or &)
• Quantity, age, and price (if included) MUST be numeric values
• The age of the products should be given in months

When the file has been saved in the correct format, e-mail it to info@slow-go.com. We will input your products using our automated system.
